The three double bedrooms - one of them has twin beds - are all equally spacious and stylish. On the ground floor, besides the common areas you will find one of the double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are a further two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both complete with en-suite bathrooms as well as balconies from which excellent views can be enjoyed. With Wi-Fi throughout, as well as air conditioning, the villa is truly designed for a comfortable, home-from-home stay.
The exterior is traditionally Mediterranean in style with stone walls and dark wood features, while the interior is elegantly modern with whitewashed walls and natural-coloured furnishings. There’s a spacious living room, equipped with colourful plush sofas and large windows letting in the beautiful light. You have a dining table and chairs in the well-equipped kitchen which contains all you will need, from a gas oven and microwave to a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. Outside, there is a large dining table and chairs, with a popular barbecue so you can enjoy the al-fresco lifestyle throughout each day of your holiday. For an extra treat, you can make use of the indoors sauna, that you will find in the lower floor.
The fabulous private pool takes central place on the terrace, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. When you’re not relaxing on the sun loungers or taking a dip in the private swimming pool, the charming Cypriot village of Argaka awaits. It’s in-between the sparkling sea and the craggy mountain slopes, and is home to welcoming tavernas, restaurants and bars, as well as a sandy beach with crystal-clear swimming waters. By day, wander along the quaint cobbled streets or relax on the sand. If it’s more beaches you’re after, Polis also has a sweeping, crescent-shaped beach that has shallow waters that are perfect for swimming. You’ll find plenty of opportunities to take part in water sports like snorkelling, scuba diving and jet skiing. Just a few kilometres west is the small town of Latchi with its boat-lined harbour and restaurants serving a wide choice of food including freshly-caught fish. There’s a water sports centre and boat hire there too. From Latchi port, boats cruise the peninsula and stop at Cyprus’s famous Blue Lagoon where you can swim and relax in the amazing azure blue water. Some boats also prepare a traditional Cypriot barbecue with slow-cooked meat.
For more family-friendly days out, the Baths of Aphrodite with its natural pool (you can swim in it) and Avaka Gorge – a popular hiking destination with a dramatic canyon are also well worth visiting. At the latter, keep an eye out for wild goats in the mountains. The Villa
