The villa is air conditioned throughout, and for cooler seasons guests can make the most of the cosy fireplace in the living room and the comforting underfloor heating. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a huge sofa where the whole family can gather around and spend quality time together. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen perfect for whipping up some sharing feasts and a sociable dining area. There is also a shower room, toilet and washing machine on the ground floor, as well as access onto the terrace. As you step up to the first floor you will find two luxurious, double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower. The top floor offers the final double bedroom, with its own living room and private bathroom.
The surprise and completely unique aspect of Villa Biokovo finds you in the basement, where an atmospheric wine cellar and large tavern is on offer! The Konoba includes a fully-equipped kitchen, seating for twelve people, a private fireplace that can be used as a barbecue, as well as a private bread or pizza oven. At your request, a large assortment of top Croatian wines can be provided, perfect for unforgettable evenings! Another special highlight, also found in the basement is the 180m² wellness area, equipped with a heated and cool able swimming pool, air and water massage nozzles, counter-current system, geyser and massage loungers! Leaving nothing to be desired, this spa area offers a luxurious wellness feast, available at an extra cost to guests.
This fabulous modern villa is located near to the beautiful area of Makarska. Although a lot of people jump straight on a ferry to stay on the Croatian islands in this area, the mainland coast also offers some of the most beautiful areas, such as the lovely town of Makarska. The villa is located with stunning views over the Adriatic, that truly take your breath away.
Makarska is home to beautiful beaches and crystal-clear seas, all of which you can spot from your villa. If you like to explore outdoors and keep active, then the Biokovo Mountain that sits behind the property is part of the Biokovo Nature Park and offers the opportunity to explore the beautiful Croatian countryside, hiking up the mountain and embracing the unsullied views. Makarska is a quaint and charming part of Croatia that still celebrates traditional ways and allows you to experience authentic Croatian culture. Through summer Makarska’s main square is filled with open-air restaurants and cafés, while behind the church, in the shade, the daily open-air market sells fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables. Along the harbour, overlooked by a string of cafés and pizzeria, wooden excursion boats offer one-day trips to Jelsa on Hvar and Zlatni Rat beach in Bol on Brac.
