Surrounded by hedges and shaded by trees, the heated pool measures 7m x 3.5m. The upper levels of the house also provide terrace spaces with seating and great views of the village and sea.

Two of these have access to the balcony terrace where there are lounge and dining furniture, as well as panoramic views. Another bathroom can be found on this floor too.

The villa is easily accessible, with Split Airport only 10km away. The nearby town of Trogir is a spectacular sight, with its impressive Old Town and medieval walls providing the history, and a stunning waterfront offering all the bars, restaurants and nightlife you could wish for. Check out landmarks like St Lawrence’s Cathedral, chill out on Medena Beach or – if you’re in town during the summer – enjoy the music and entertainment that comes to the streets during the Trogir Festival. Trogir’s most popular beach, Okrug Gornji is just a short stroll from Villa Molim, and lined with cafés and ice cream parlours.Trogir is a truly beautiful town located on a small island and provides stunning architecture and historic sights along with an array of cool bars and rustic restaurants lining the waterfront. Its proximity to Split means you can easily combine the two in one trip, and its coastal position means boat excursions to the likes of Šolta and Brač are possible too.

The town’s centrepiece is St Lawrence’s Cathedral, built from the 13th-15th century – regarded as one of the finest in Croatia. Also worth a visit are Kamerlengo Castle, particularly for the views it offers, and the Trogir Museum for an introduction to the town’s history.

The town is also a good choice for beach life, with plenty of amenities in the vicinity of Okrug Gornji and Medena Beach – also a popular choice for water-sports like jet-skiing and windsurfing.

With Split only around 30km away, it’s well worth making an excursion to see the magnificent Diocletian’s Palace, just one of the highlights of the Grand Old Town. Also, look out for many cultural events taking place around the city’s beautiful squares. Other big draws are the Split Gallery of Fine Arts, the Archaeological Museum and the Mestrovic Gallery, showcasing the work of the country’s greatest sculptor, as well as the beautiful Marjan Forest Park.

To the northeast of Trogir, you can also reach the Krka National Park in less than one hour, with its seven waterfalls the big visitor attraction. Further south, the impressive town of Šibenik and calm, pretty Primosten are also worth a look – the former boasts another notable cathedral, in the form of World Heritage Site, St James’.The Villa

We had a fantastic week in the villa! The host is very nice and friendly. He welcomed us with great hospitality and explained everyhting in regards to the house. The villa is beautiful! Very modern, elegant with great amenities but also has the classic mediterranean charm. The swimming pool is perfect size in both length and depth. Location could not be more perfect! Great view to the sea from the balcony but not far from the beach. Main pebble beach is less then 200 meters and supermarkets are also in walking distance. They are not very big ones, so if you are looking for a big supermarket with a large selection of products you might need to go to Trogir Lidl. I would highly recommend this villa, we loved this place!
