The exclusive Villa Jenya is a first class, prestigious villa accommodation for eight guests, on the beachfront of the charming, picturesque village of Slatine on Ciovo Island. It is so modern, sleek and streamlined with really spacious rooms and a sublime outside terrace, pool and jacuzzi. It is most definitely a wow villa!
Slatine is on the northeastern coast of Ciovo with stunning views over to the Dalmatian coastline including Split and the gorgeous Marjan peninsula. It is so enthralling to relax with a glass of wine while admiring the boats bobbing in the bay with the magnificent mountains in the background. There are plenty of perfect spots to chill in this beautiful villa. Ciovo is reached by a modern bridge built in 2018, and you will be there in no time from the airport!
Even as you approach Villa Jenya, you can tell you are going to have a wow holiday experience. The flair shown in the design, the textures, the materials and the manicured gardens makes you appreciate the attention to detail and meticulous planning. You open the impressive, modern door to an entrancing hallway and stunning staircase and walk through to the incredible open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. The villa is right on the beachfront, and you can see straight through to the vivid blue waters and sky. It is hugely impressive. The furniture is exquisite. You will want to know where it has been sourced as it is so gorgeous! The kitchen is immaculate and sleek. This is only surpassed by the incredible outside space. The outdoor kitchen is amazing and perfect for delicious alfresco meals. Next to this is a wonderful lounge area with fabulously comfortable furniture. The pool is so inviting and in front of this is a sunny platform for sunbathing. To the side are an outdoor shower and a jacuzzi which is one of the perfect spots for a glass of bubbles while you are watching the spectacular sunsets and the twinkling lights from the Croatian mainland. The garden is planted with lush Mediterranean plants without interrupting the spectacular views. This really is top-notch!
Upstairs, you have four awesome bedrooms with huge, comfy beds and three stunning bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms boast the most amazing views from the walls of glass and ensuite bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms are lovely and share a bathroom. Even the landing is brilliant with a trendy desk, with lovely views, to catch up on your emails and post your sublime holiday photographs on Instagram!
On top of everything else, you have a mooring space and 24-hour gym at your disposal. If you are a group of 8 wanting a peaceful location in a wow villa with views to die for, then Villa Jenya is for you!
Ciovo Island is a great location in Dalmatia. You are so close to the airport but can relish in the peaceful environment on a gorgeous island, while knowing you are just a short distance from wonderful, historic towns with fabulous entertainment.
Slatine has the lovely, pebbly Kava Beach just away from the centre as well other smaller beaches. It has several charming bars and restaurants as well as a bakery and a small shop. The stunning Trogir is only 6km away and can be reached by car, bus or boat from Slatine. Split Old Town has an incredible nightlife, with chic bars and restaurants along the gorgeous promenade and the narrow twisting maze of streets in the old town. The 1,700 year old Diocletian’s Palace is a delight to see. The views of Split from the Marjan Hills are wonderful, especially at sunset.
Okrug Gornji, in the centre of Ciovo, has the action-packed 2km Copacabana stretch of pebble beach. There are many restaurants and bars as well as a fun, inflatable water park and busy watersports facilities. Okrug Donji is on the far west and is quiet and chilled. The pretty coves are bordered by wonderful pine trees offering shade as well as welcoming fragrance.
The gastronomy of Trogir is constantly improving, matching the delights of the historic buildings and the charm of the warren of streets. You will find delicious seafood, olive oils, local cheeses, smoked Dalmatian ham and delicious local wines on the menu. The Chapel of St John at the Cathedral of St Lawrence, Kamberlengo Castle and the Cipiko Palace are all spectacular buildings you must see. The promenade is lovely, just as it is in Split.
The stunning Plitvice Lakes National Park is a unesco World Heritage site. You can visit stunning waterfalls, Kozjak, the largest and deepest lake in the park and check out the natural phenomenon of travertine, which is limestone deposits. The Krka National Park is absolutely stunning, the main attraction being the Skradinski Buk Waterfall. You will see many tourists happily splashing in the water in front of the waterfall.
