Villa Veda is a fabulous, unique property, ideal for a family holiday away in Croatia. The highlight of this popular villa has to be its seafront location, with the waves practically knocking at your door, you can take a dip in the glistening sea at any time! Located in the coastal town of Pirovac in Sibenik, this large property can comfortably accommodate sixteen people and offers a private retreat away from the flurry of day to day life.
The villa is located away from the main road, with no neighbouring houses nearby, thereby creating absolute tranquillity for your stay. The villa offers a relaxed atmosphere throughout, with modern amenities to make you comfortable. The main villa comprises itself of two separate two-level apartments with their own outside staircase entry. This layout can work well for two families travelling together, or several generations being in one group, as everyone can come together in the communal areas whilst also having the opportunity to find space to themselves. On the first level of each apartment there is a master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and a second twin bedroom. There is also a master bathroom with a shower and toilet and another separate toilet. There is also a large kitchen, dining and living room area with a luxurious balcony that overlooks the stunning surroundings. A spiral staircase brings you to the upper level of each apartment, offering two large double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, there is a big lobby area with a television room and a comforting fireplace. There is also a full-equipped kitchen and dining area. The ground floor also offers the staff area (for maids, a cook, a caretaker etc.) with two double and two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a storage area and basement entry stairs.
Outside, Villa Veda continues to impress, with a spectacular terrace and pool area, stretching out to the ocean. Sun loungers allow you to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sunshine. With a barbecue and outdoor seating, you can live in the authentic al-fresco style, cooking and dining outside.

Sibenik and Zadar are a short distance away, where you can spend your days meandering the historical sites and enjoying authentic Croatian cuisine served by friendly locals in the many local restaurants.
Located near to the vibrant and historic walled town of Zadar, you must visit during your stay. As well as being a transport hub for ferry connections to nearby islands, it boasts medieval churches, pretty cafes and the well visited Sea Organ, several stairs descending to the sea with pipes and whistles playing various chords and tones. Take a boat trip across the harbour, find elderly ladies selling local cheese in the markets or visit the roman ruins, some stones of which have been used to build the beautiful 9th century St Donat’s Church. The town has a young, vibrant energy and feels far away from the more sun-seeking crowds of the southern Dalmatian coast. The entire area abounds in excellent restaurants, bars and nightlife spots.
