The villa itself is spread over two floors, with each room leading to another, all with the same stylish furnishings and bright openings. On the ground floor you can enjoy the main social living space. All open-plan, the kitchen, dining area and lounge blend together, creating one sophisticated entertaining room. The entire room is bright and airy, dotted with colourful furnishings that add a unique, playful feel to the space. Modern lighting has been carefully positioned to define the individual space, creating an intimate feel in the lounge, a centred, warm ambience around the dining table and a social open sense to the kitchen. With a laid-back breakfast bar, no one is ever left cooking alone, as others gather around, sharing a bottle of local grappa and helping to prepare delicious feasts!

Throughout the rest of the villa, each of the four spacious bedrooms adopt the same modern, yet relaxed styles, creating beautiful, bright rooms for you to enjoy some alone time or time as a couple. Every detail and fitting are high-quality, making your stay as comfortable as possible, so you can save your energy for exploring the stunning beaching, national parks and historical cities Croatia has to offer.

Stepping out onto the terrace, the atmosphere is as peaceful and relaxing as the interiors. Adjacent to the doors, under the cover of the above balcony, there is a beautiful, social dining area. Here you can sit, enjoying meals together through the day and evening, with the sun shining in. A few steps below you can relish in the private swimming pool, with its’ built-in whirlpool and electrolysis, making it impossible not to relax! Bordered by sun loungers and a barbecue, there is space for everyone to soak in the sun, putting your feet up and making the most of every moment spent on holiday!

This beautiful villa is located in Grebastica, a small and tranquil settlement near Primosten and Sibenik. Situated on a quiet street, surrounded by other properties, the whole area feels safe and friendly, ideal for families or groups of friends looking to explore the Croatia coastline.

Due to its rich history and culture, as well as exceptional values, in the year 2000, Sibenik was listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. At the heart of the city is a magnificent medieval history, with stunning architecture to match. Filled with gleaming white buildings with deep red roofs, the town stands out against the blue azure of the sea and deep green forests of the land. You can weave your way through Sibenik, navigating via winding alleyways, historic churches and lively squares. St James Cathedral is a renovated masterpiece. At the edge of the historic centre, the beautiful Medieval Mediterranean Gardens have been landscaped in the shape of a cross. Sibenik is well-known as the access point for the Krka National Park and the Kornati Islands, making it the perfect base for exploring the unparalleled natural beauty Croatia has to offer.

Krka National Park is known as one of the great natural wonders of the world and has to be visited during your stay. Swimming around Skradinski Buk, the lagoon at the foot of a series of 17 dramatic and spectacular waterfalls is a truly unforgettable experience! You can admire the lagoons and waterfalls from either the boardwalks or a boat, taking in the mesmerising sites, including the Roski Slap waterfall and Visovac, a 16th century monastery as well. If you enjoy trekking, then this is the place to do it, and for animal lovers you are likely to spot the golden eagles, boar and peregrine falcons along the way!

The Kornati National Park offers a similar level of outstanding beauty, composed of 140 uninhabited islands and islets covering 300 square meters, the largest and densest archipelago in the Adriatic. The islands rugged cliffs are punctured by mystical caves and grottoes, all of which are mostly barren. The deforestation has started to highlight startling rock formations, whose stark whiteness against the deep blue sea is an eerie and fascinating sight.
