Comfortably sleeping eight guests, the villa offers a perfect balance of spacious, sociable living areas and tranquil spaces where you can spend some quality time alone, the roof terrace is a real treat!

As you step inside, Villa Malinska II will impress you. The ground floor features a stunning open-plan living area, with a contemporary kitchen, fully equipped for your use as well as a stylish dining area and a friendly living room space, equipped with a comfy corner sofa. With white walls and pops of colour coming from the stylish furniture, there is an easy elegance to this bright living area, also offering access out to the terrace and swimming pool. Stepping up to the first floor you will find the sleeping areas, with three double bedrooms and a twin room. There are two bathrooms throughout the villa. The star of the show has to be the beautiful roof terrace, offering a tranquil oasis, away from any thoughts of day to day life, this fabulous space has room to be enjoyed by the whole group. There is a small kitchen area and seating space, so long evenings can be spent on the roof top, taking in the view and dining al-fresco with a bottle or two of local wine!

Out on the pool terrace, the space has been carefully designed to maximise comfort and privacy. The private swimming pool sits elegantly in a corner, with high surrounding walls providing complete privacy. There are comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor dining table, perfect for breakfasts in the morning. Located close to shops and restaurants as well as the towns romantic promenades, Villa Malinska II is the perfect getaway!
