Taking the traditional wooden stairs leads you to the second floor with a large master bedroom offering a king bed and beautiful, far reaching views along the coastline. Just a short walk from the cottage is Pakefields’ dog-friendly beach, the UK’s most easterly sandy beach. Close by from the beach guests can enjoy Kensington Gardens Park, which offers tennis, a boating lake and a tea room. Just a short distance from the centre of Lowestoft with all its traditional seaside attractions and amenities to enjoy guests can choose to drive, cycle or enjoy a walk along the traffic free promenade. Excellent for families the nearby Africa Alive is an excellent day out for wildlife lovers and Pleasurewood Hills the local American theme Park and a must visit. Within a short drive, you can also be on the popular Suffolk Heritage Coast, visiting Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh. This property is ideal for friends and families wishing to explore this wonderful area with so much to do.

Located on the Suffolk coast, Pakefield is a suburb of Lowestoft, however it was historically a village in its own right and is home to the parish church of All Saints and St Margarets. Pakefield has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a real fish and chip shop, and is home to The Seagull Theatre, as well as an art gallery. Nearby Lowestoft is a traditional seaside resort with a wide range of amenities including the Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, whilst south of Pakefield is the coastal town of Southwold, famous for its pier, busy harbour and the colourful beach huts which line the seafront.

    Great location, a stones throw from the sea and lovely beach walks. Plenty of pubs nearby in walking distance and supermarkets/shops a very short drive away. The house had everything we needed and was spacious and comfy. Thank you Alison!
