S92488 is a beautiful, detached holiday property decorated and furnished to a very good standard. It boasts amazing views across the countryside which can be enjoyed all year round. The property also has a fabulous sitting-out area for dining al fresco on those balmy summer evenings.
This is a fantastic property for families or groups who want to enjoy this part of the country and stay in a little bit of luxury. The property has an enclosed garden but has gate access to the surrounding fields, great for guests who love walking with their four-legged friends.
Close by is the bustling market town of Calne, and within easy reach are Devizes, Avebury, Stonehenge and many National Trust properties. The fabulous cities of Bath and Bristol are within an hour’s drive. The list of tourist attractions and sights to see around this property is endless. Beach 49 miles. "A very nice property with excellent services. We had an enjoyable stay. It was unfortunate that the fourth bedroom did not have either a wardrobe or chest of drawers for tenants clothes. This should be corrected before the next tenants arrive. We would definitely stay again."

"We all enjoyed our weekend in S92488. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was tastefully decorated and furnished. We weren't able to make much use of the outside area because of poor weather but the setting and views are lovely."

"A group of eight adults stayed at this property. We loved the house and surroundings. The beds were all really comfortable and the house was furnished to a high standard. However, the twin bedded room had no wardrobe, cupboard or chest of drawers. This would probably have been fine as a children's room, but was not great for two adults, who had nowhere to store their clothes. Also, there were not enough chairs for eight people to sit around the table. There were many wineglasses, but not enough other glasses, for example, for beer. Apart from these small details, all agreed that it was a very pleasant house to spend a weekend in."

"You need to let people know that the steps in the lounge are very deep we would not have stayed here with my elderly father if we had known. The table is too small for the 7 of us staying there. Otherwise beds showers and kitchen are excellent."

"Lovely spacious property. Plenty of seating outside with far-reaching views. Very private, even though other properties are nearby. The property has 3 large steps in the lounge which was difficult for my elderly parents, but we would all definitely return here."

"Beautiful holiday cottage in a great location. Had a lovely week here even if the weather was not on our side. Great location for days out. New large Tesco on the doorstep.The outside space would be great in the better weather. Being able to use the hot tub would also be a great advantage. Overall a lovely place to be and would book again."

"We enjoyed a lovely family get together in March to celebrate my 50th birthday. S92488 provided a home from home experience as everything was provided that you would need and more. The property appeared bigger in reality than the photo's suggest. it was equiped to a very high standard.In the summer months ahead, the great outside area would add to an even greater holiday break experience due to being able to utilise the available outside furniture, hot tub and BBQ. We would have no hesitation in returning to this holiday property."
