It would be a bit of a squash for four people but perfect for two if you're the kind of people that need a bit more space. Will certainly return.

So nice that all the essentials are included like tea and coffee, salt and pepper. Beautiful location with walks from the door and just a short drive (10-15min) from Buttermere and Crummock water. Note that the garden isn't secure (no gate), which might be worth specifying in the listing. The owner was lovely, responsive and really helpful when the bathroom light wasn't working. We would love to come back to this beautiful place! Ideal for couples with a dog or a small child.

Kitchen very well equipped, furniture comfortable, lots of information provided and even left some treats for the dog. It was lovely watching the red squirrel and the birds in the garden. Nice little village shop too for essentials, coffee, cakes and ice cream. Perfect, didn't want to go home. Thank you
