Ten Steps is located in the centre of Mousehole and is accessible from an enchanting, generous, communal and gated courtyard off Duck Street with ten steps leading up to its entrance. Once inside this glorious property it boasts open living spaces and good sized bedrooms. Sleeping 6 people, the cottage is on two floors with a mezzanine level and has been renovated with family entertainment in mind. On the lower ground floor there is a games room with a dart board and table tennis, in the living/dining area there is a 42” television and outside there is a private garden with patio area. Please note this area is not suitable for BBQ's. Further 2018 refurbishment works include high pressure hot water system throughout the property and refurbished upstairs bathroom.

Very well presented, clean and tidy. Bathrooms and bedrooms were gorgeous and both the ground floor with log burner and mezzanine were great. Really enjoyed the stay and would book again.

Lovely cottage fabulous location in Mousehole. The cottage was very well equipped , clean and comfortable, would highly recommend. We had a very pleasant relaxing time and would definitely book again.
