Fabulous modern comfortable bungalow with everything you need for a good holiday. Excellent location close to Bala for amenities and within driving distance of all of Snowdonia's attractions-and beyond.

Received a very warm welcome from Gwyn… the property is in an excellent location… peaceful with lovely views all round… exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and furnishings. We’ll definitely be booking to stay again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to be based for access to so many places and in such a beautiful part of Wales!

This is a superb property - spacious, well-equipped and with beautiful views. I would put this at the top end of holiday homes I've stayed in with no trouble or expense spared in terms of the standard of equipment and furnishings. Even if it pours with rain I don't think holidaymakers would be too unhappy staying in and enjoying the house with its TVs, games and books. The owner, actually built the house to his own exacting standards and he proved to be a friendly and welcoming host.
