The open plan living room has a vaulted ceiling which gives an incredible sense of space and the smart white kitchen has a modern flair and a wide range of appliances including a wine cooler and a coffee machine. French windows open to a private limestone terrace and there is a lawn beyond, part of which is shared with the neighbouring barn. There is ample parking beside the barn. Woodland View is 5 miles north of Fowey; one of the most picturesque ports in Cornwall. A wander down the quaint narrow streets lined with unusual boutique shops and galleries will bring you to waterfront hotels, restaurants and cafes from where you can watch the many craft bobbing around in the estuary. There are eight beaches within a 30 minute drive and endless opportunities for days out with boat trips, kayaking, fishing, golf and cycling all available nearby. The ancient ports of Charlestown and Mevagissey are also well worth a visit as are the world renowned Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan, all of which are within easy driving distance. Lostwithiel ancient stannary town with its antique and eclectic shops just 2 miles away. Lostwithiel also has a train station. A fantastic Cornwall base.

Fowey boasts medieval and Georgian buildings around a beautiful estuary. The South Cornwall coast boasts hidden, sheltered sandy coves and stretches of beaches, pretty villages and fabulous scenery. The Eden Project and the town of St Austell are both within easy driving distance.
