This beautifully presented mid-terrace cottage is situated on the outskirts of the village of Cemmaes near Snowdonia National Park. The bedrooms are spread over the upper two floors, with three bedrooms on the first floor alongside the family shower room. The master bedroom is in the converted attic and boasts a super king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath. To the front of the property, there is a small enclosed garden with lawned area and patio with a table and chairs and a barbecue. At the back of the property is a hot tub which overlooks stunning views down the valley and is the perfect place to relax weary muscles at the end of a long day. There is space at the back of the property for a car to unload, and then off road parking is available a very short walk from the property. There are several villages in the immediate area, and the Penrhos Arms, an inn that also serves food, is just a five-minute walk. There is a village shop and Post Office, 1.5 miles away and a larger shop, cafe and fuel at Mallwyd service station approx 4.5 miles away for all your immediate essentials. The nearest town with a range of shops is Machynlleth, which is about 7 miles or a ten-minute drive down the main road just outside the property. There is walking and cycling available from the doorstep, and a five minute walk takes you to a park with picnic area. The coast is within an half hour drive with the beaches at Ynslas and Aberdyfi waiting to be explored. This cottage is perfectly situated for groups and families wanting to spend some time in a rural retreat within easy reach of Snowdonia National Park and everything it offers.

Cemmaes is set in the valley of the River Dyfi. With a village church and a scattering of houses with lanes leading down to the river, Cemmaes is the perfect place for a relaxing retreat. Just 10 minutes’ drive away is the small market town of Machynlleth. The streets of the town spread out from the 19th century clock tower, and offer a good mix of specialist shops, pubs and cafes.
