    This fantastic three-storey townhouse is in a great location to visit the seaside and is close to a variety of amenities.
    This spacious and well-equipped family townhouse is ideally located for visiting local sandy beaches and taking scenic coastal walks. The area is very popular with the Priory town of Christchurch, award-winning beaches and Site of Special Scientific Interest, all nearby. This three-storey family home has a shower/utility room and a twin bedroom on the ground floor, as well as an enclosed patio which overlooks a gently flowing stream. The first floor living/dining room with a balcony, offers a light and airy space, as does the well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the second floor boasts a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a family bathroom and two further double bedrooms.
    As its name suggests, Between The Quay and The Sea is close to both, being just a 5-minute walk to the local beach, the picturesque quay, shop, pub and restaurant. This wonderful property is also close to many sightseeing attractions. Mudeford is a quaint fishing village with great charm and history and its old fishermen’s cottages which were allegedly used by smugglers. In season, a ferry runs from the quay to neighbouring Christchurch and Mudeford Spit with its colourful beach huts with walks to Hengistbury Head. Mudeford Harbour is a protected area of water and is popular with sailing and windsurfing enthusiasts. The town has a historic cinema as well as the historic Priory and The Red House Museum. Stanpit Marsh is a Site of Special Scientific Interest, and the nearby wetlands are ideal for birdwatching.
    Within easy reach are Bournemouth and Poole, with their award-winning beaches and seaside attractions. Other popular places to visit include Lymington with ferries to the Isle of Wight, the New Forest for pony and bike rides, Studland Bay, Brownsea Island, Corfe Castle, Swanage, Exbury Gardens, Kimmeridge Bay and the Jurassic Coast are great for outings.     "Stayed for a week August 2018. Perfect for us with 3 kids and 2 dogs. Kids all had separate rooms. Everything very clean and everything you could need is in the house down to cling film,bin bags,cotton wool ,I could go on.Location is fab,as the name suggests,equidistant between the quay and the beach.Perfect for dog walks and pottering on the beach.Crabbing off the quay was great fun and there are loads of great walks and things to do locally.Welcome was fantastic with a bottle of bubbly and an apple cake!Would recommend every time."

    "We have rented self-catering properties for many years of different sizes and throughout the country. We booked this because of its proximity to a wedding we were attending and also the fact that it permitted pets. Because of the price we anticipated this would mean an element of luxury - but unfortunately this was not the case.The welcome pack was the best aspect . The property is adequate but we did feel it needed some updating and TLC to bring it to a level which warranted the price. Ie. The carpets and towels are worn and need replacing. Kitchen table was wobbly.The sliding door had a damaged lock/handle and the simple lock on the front door both gave us concern for security. There was no full-length mirror anywhere and other items were missing/need- we listed them at the propertyThe two smaller bathrooms need some redecoration/TLCInstructions needed for use of the cooker.The outside courtyard needed tidying and sweeping.Between the Quay and the Sea was pleasant enough but overpriced and we would not use it again.Sorry"

    "Absolutely fantastic location - close to lovely beaches and the quay - especially good if you have a dog like we do. Can't recommend the house or the area highly enough. Our first visit was last summer, we have just been for four days now (March) and we've already booked again for next summer. I think that says it all!"
