S80330 is a one bedroomed, ground floor apartment overlooking communal gardens and set back from the main road, so it’s very lovely and peaceful. The owners have lovingly and thoughtfully decorated this property to make it extremely comfortable for friends or a couple to enjoy. Just across the road you will find yourself directly on the path into the Malvern Hills, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is a short walk into Great Malvern’s bustling town centre where you will discover many shops, pubs and bars, and a choice of restaurants, as well as the theatre where they hold the Malvern Theatre Festival. Also close by is the Three Counties Showground which holds many exhibitions and shows throughout the year, including the RHS Malvern Spring Festival and the Royal Three Counties Show.
If you wanted to get out and about a bit further, Malvern Link railway station is only 1 mile away. Also worth a visit is the neighbouring town of Upton-on-Severn, famous for its festivals of jazz, folk and blues, and there are many pubs along the river. The cathedral cities of Worcester and Hereford are close by and slightly further afield are Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon. The Cotswolds, the Wye Valley and the Brecon Beacons are also within easy reach. Shops, pubs and restaurants ½ mile.

"S80330 was a beautiful apartment. It was very well equipped and we couldn't have wanted for anything. We were left some provisions which was a lovely touch. The emphasis really was on us having a great time which we did. It was such a pleasure to come back in the evening. Will try to book again on our next trip down to Malvern"

"No complaints at all - the apartment had it's own individual comfortable style which made it a pleasure to stay there. Some may miss the fact that there was no WiFi, but that was a bonus for us - a detox from technology..This apartment was like a home from home, excellent facilities with a good selection of welcome goodies. Host did a sterling job sorting out problem with heating - top marks for that! Thoroughly enjoyed our short break, we wanted to book for next year but the dates in May already booked!"

"We usually seek out country cottages for short breaks but we found the opulently decorated and beautifully dressed "town house" style of Bumblebees a refreshing change. An extremely comfortable and very well equipped apartment which proved an ideal base for our Malvern break. Bev is very generous with the items she leaves for guests and the overall quality of Bumblebees is superb."

"S80330 amply fulfilled our expectations. Everything was as described, or better. Privacy combined with convenience to make sitting out a real pleasure, and the views over the garden and to the Severn Plain were magnificent. The flat was very well equipped: we also particularly liked the fact that non-essential items, like antique/retro clocks and radio, actually worked and were not mere ornaments. This feature suggested steady attention to detail, and to the creation of atmosphere. Speaking of which, the flat had a charm and a character difficult to capture in photos. The flow and layout of the rooms felt good, and there was space on every hand, with plenty of light and visibility where needed.We valued the fact that the town centre was an easy walk away, for us anyway. The general sense of relaxation was underpinned by the phone conversation we had with the owner a week before visiting. We found this reassuring, with an invitation to ring at any time of day or night if we needed to. We would have welcomed some written guidance to help us recycle materials, and we also found the outside bins full: perhaps we missed something. No other reservations at all.Definitely a 'Buy'."
