About this property

A delightful semi-detached cottage in the centre of Cemaes Bay, one of the most popular seaside villages on the Isle of Anglesey. This well-appointed coastal cottage, with easy access to the beach, is a perfect base for a family holiday or a get together with a group of friends. On entering the cottage, the spacious hallway is a good place for hanging coats and for storing boots. The sitting room has plenty of comfy sofas with a welcoming electric fire, making a great place to relax after a full day out and about exploring the area. The kitchen with dining table and chairs makes a great social space for preparing and enjoying some home-cooked meals. Upstairs are three well-presented bedrooms with views across the gardens as well as sea views to enjoy, as well as a spacious family bathroom. To the outside is an enclosed lawned garden at the front and at the back with a patio and furniture, making a lovely place to enjoy some alfresco dining or even just a glass of something chilled. From the back of the garden is a gate with a footpath which leads down to the beach. All the village amenities can be accessed from your doorstep, including pubs, butchers, chemists and greengrocers, with the superb sandy cove and harbour being just a minute walk away. Cemaes Bay also has a host of activities to enjoy, from sailing, fishing and watersports, to bird watching and seal spotting. Further afield take a trip to Snowdonia National Park, visit the spectacular Llyn Peninsula or travel across to Dublin from the nearby port at Holyhead. Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina and a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Whatever you decide to do, Delfryn is a welcoming coastal cottage on the Isle of Anglesey, perfect for a break at any time of the year.

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the pretty seaside village of Cemaes Bay is home to three pubs, shops, an award-winning chip shop, a cafe and Visitor Centre, a natural sheltered harbour and a Blue Flag sandy beach edged by grassy cliffs, ideal for safe bathing and family fun.
