"lovely accommodation in a fantastic location....nice and clean.Front door step was rather steep."

"Lovely cottage, close to the sea. For those with mobility issues the front door step is very high, as is the bath side which could make access into the bath/shower difficult for some. For us it wasn't a problem and overall the cottage is clean, well equipped and comfortable. :)"

"Very comfortable stay, ideal for the beach and walking the little dog. Lovely walk along the promonade, only ten minutes to the town, not many shops but very good Cafe,s to sit outside and watch the world go by while we enjoyed our drinks and very dog friendly. Parking was not a problem all free in this area.Improvements would be a sink with a draining area as the draining rack drips onto the floor if you don,t keep drying the work surface. Also a grab rail in the bath to support you getting I and out of the shower and a grab rail at the front door to support people getting in the deep step.We went to Holy Island and lots of costal villages.l"

"The cottage was lovely and right on the beach, it was only 30 mins drive to most places and kelvin who owns the place went above and beyond for us, would definetly stay again and would highly recommend the cottage to anyone"

"Great accommodation, great location, great holiday"

"Enjoyed a lovely holiday. S79010 is lovely, and so close to the beach. The only issue we had if any, was the front door step. Quiet a drop with no grab rail or handle to hold on to. But no, great really."

"Fantastic tardis property. From the outside looks like a garage but once inside the property is a vast, comfortable, well equipped cottage with lots of light. This is the first time I have holidayed like this. It was easily big enough for a family of 4. The only negative point was there was no outside area attached to the property for our dog to go out, so all toilet needs had to be done attached to a lead walking along the beach. Not ideal at midnight or 7 am. We weren't able to park outside the property either as a neighbour (white van man) parked outside before we got back every day and then made a racket when he left every morning about 6 am."

"S79010 was lovely location spot on brilliant if you have a dog for walking. Only downside was not much to do within newbiggin itself."
    MICHAEL ‐ 2 Jun 2018
"Great base for touring the area lovely walks on the beach with dog straight out of the door"
    Aileen ‐ 14 Apr 2018
"The 'house' was not at all suitable for a dog as the living room was upstairs and dogs were not allowed upstairs. The downstairs bedroom had no windows so was dark and airless. The upstairs bedroom was too light. The blinds on the window were useless and there was a street lamp outside. The velux windows had blinds on them but it was impossible to reach them so they were uncovered all the time. There was no dishwasher which is fair enough but there was no draining board to put the washed items. With a wet dog and child, it would have been a good idea to come and go through the utility room but then the dog (and the rest of us) would have had to go through the downstairs bedroom (which was not allowed).I would not describe the house as 'end of terrace'. It was more like a garage conversion! It looked very modern and attractive inside but was really not very user friendly."

"Clean House. Good beach location. Kitchen not ideally equipped for cooking and eating in and the upstairs main bedroom is small if you have luggage. Welcome book needs updating as the information in there is not all correct. Car parking might be a problem in peak seasons as there is no defined space at the house. However, we enjoyed our stay"
