The Bouldnor is a stunning five bedroom house set in an ideal position for the nearby town of Yarmouth. It boasts spectacular sea views across the Solent and over to the mainland.

Internally, The Bouldnor is situated over three floors. The property benefits from two living rooms, one with a large bay window and window seat, which is an ideal spot to enjoy the stunning sea views. Externally, the rear segmented, enclosed gardens are set over half an acre. With secret gardens to explore, established fruit trees and flower beds, this pretty garden is perfect for all the family to enjoy.

The picturesque harbour town of Yarmouth is just a short walk from the property; here you will find a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. The historic harbour is guarded by Yarmouth Castle, the last addition to Henry viii's sea defences; walk around the castle and discover the recreated rooms from the 16th century, or simply sit outside and enjoy a picnic while admiring the views out to sea.

West Wight is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is the ideal spot for catching a glimpse of the local wildlife, walking or just enjoying the beautiful countryside. From here, take a visit to one of the Island's many attractions including Freshwater Bay, Alum Bay’s famous coloured cliffs or the Needles, one of Britain’s most famous landscapes.

This property is perfect for families with young children. A cot and highchair are provided alongside a baby bath, baby mat and black out blinds.  Child gates are fitted to the stairs and kitchen. Toys, books and a selection of children's DVDs are also available.

...Can get cold in the winter and the heating is tricky to work out. However, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and everything we needed was provided. Submitted by Chrissie on 07/12/2016

...group, it was spacious with plenty of room for everyone, and enough space for those who wished to have a bit of peace and quiet. It was well equipped and the garden a great joy for the children. Submitted by Sarah on 05/06/2016

...celebrating my birthday with friends and family. The owners were very helpful when I needed some help with the heating and took the trouble to call me and guide me through the central heating settings bless them. The house was beautifully positioned, about 8 minutes walk from the charming town of Yarmouth, and stunning views of the sea from the front of the property. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. The gardens were magnificent and beautifully maintained. We were allowed to have our two dogs there with us and the garden was a perfect playground for them! I would love to come back here, hoping we will book it again for my Mum's 80th next year. There was a problem with the radiator in the TV room but I am sure that will be fixed. All in all a fabulous place I would recommend highly. Thank you.
