About this property

One of two former barns surrounded by the owners’ farmland in beautiful undulating countryside with walks from the door. This lovely cottage incorporates both modern and traditional features, including beams and high galleried ceilings. There are three comfy bedrooms, with one boasting an en-suite and two downstairs, together with two bathrooms, one on each floor. The cottage has a kitchen with everything that you require to rustle up a hearty breakfast and home-cooked meals, and then at the end of the day relax in the sitting room with electric fire or in the garden with hot tub. A charming cottage that’s close to a variety of days out, great little market towns and the fantastic undulating countryside of Mid Wales. Note: This cottage can be booked with Ref. 918687, together they sleep 12.

The rural village of Llanbadarn-Fynydd nestles in the Powys countryside between Newtown and Llandrindod Wells. Llanbadarn-Fynydd offers a community shop and a friendly pub, which serves good food, plus the Glyndwr’s Way National Trail passes through the village, as does the River Ithon before it joins the River Wye. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, this area is perfect for walking, cycling and birdwatching with the Radnorshire Hills and Forest and the Offa’s Dyke pathway both within easy reach.
