On entering the cottage the owner's personal touches and impeccable quality of the cottage are evident with a stunning open plan living area boasting original ceiling beams. Two individually-styled bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom which is accessed from the living area. To the rear of the property is a secluded decked area, patio and lawn, a perfect place for relaxing with a refreshing drink or enjoying a good book on summer's day. Just a short stroll takes you to one of the two excellent village pubs, The Malt Shovel, which has an award-winning restaurant and further to the village centre there is the CAMRA award-winning Bulls Head with its real ales. The area boasts many National Trust properties, golf courses and fishing, or leave the car and experience the abundance of walks from the doorstep. Enjoy sampling chocolate at Cadbury World or take a trip to the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon, visit Warwick with its magnificent castle or one of the many unspoilt Cotswold towns, all just a short drive away. Take in a show at one of Birmingham's theatres or enjoy an event at the National Exhibition Centre and the Genting Arena, which is a short 10 minute drive away. A wonderful cottage to be enjoyed at any time of year.

A picturesque village set in the meander of the River Blythe, boasting many historic timber-framed buildings, two excellent village pubs, Barston Lakes, a popular fishing venue, and an 18 hole golf course. A great area for walking with the Grand Union Canal Walk and Millenium Way both passing close by. There are many historic towns and villages in the area, including Kenilworth with its imposing ruined Norman castle, Hampton-in-Arden, with numerous listed buildings, and the charming village of Knowle boasting many Tudor buildings.
