Stylishly furnished throughout, The Roost has a cosy wood burning stove for winter and sizeable garden with great views for relaxing in the summer. You can even lie in bed and look out over Titchwell rspb reserve to the sea beyond. Or from the comfortable twin room see peaceful rolling Norfolk farmland.

The well-equipped kitchen has oak worktops and a Belfast sink. The fresh, cosy sitting room is double aspect and has a wood burning stove and separate dining area. But if you prefer to eat out, the renowned Titchwell Manor and Briarfields are both just five minutes’ walk from the cottage and serve excellent food.

Close to The Wash estuary, Titchwell is a very popular area for bird watchers throughout the year, but especially during spring and autumn migration, and the spectacular winter geese and wader phenomenon. Conveniently close to the Victorian seaside resort of Hunstanton, as well as Brancaster beach, The Roost is a great base for exploring this beautiful part of North West Norfolk.

We had the most brilliant stay here at The Roost. Jo and Kev have been great. Loved Norfolk too.

  • Mrs Palmer

Traditional flint cottage with a contemporary welcoming interior and large self contained garden and patio area. Stunning views across RSPB Titchwell Marsh and perfectly positioned for trips to so many lovely places in North Norfolk.

One word really - FANTASTIC!! Cottage fantastic, weather fantastic, my food fantastic. Jo and Kev yet again you delivered on everything you would want in a self catering cottage. Cannot thank you enough. See ya in 2024.
