The excellently-equipped kitchen is not only a great place to cook and dine, but also offers one of the most stunning Beacon views too, framed perfectly by the large patio doors. The stairs lead you up to three unique and lovingly decorated bedrooms, oozing charm throughout, with low beams and sloping ceilings adding more character. With a family shower room on the first floor and a further cloakroom on the ground floor, this wonderful Brecon holiday cottage is perfect for family holidays. Outside, the large patio, which curls from the back around to the side of the cottage, and is home to the wonderful hot tub, offers one of the most stunning views of Pen Y Fan, the highest of the peaks in the National Park, perfect while you simply sit and relax with a glass of wine after wonderful days out. Stay on the farm and enjoy the walks on the 23 acres of farmland, some salmon fishing, or maybe a hack if you've brought your horse along with you. Venture a little way to enjoy a round of golf, a cycle ride or maybe visit the interesting town of Brecon itself, which hosts a Jazz Festival each year, or the unique town of Hay-on-Wye with its international Literature Festival. Whatever you want, from lazy peaceful days, great walking and cycling, fishing, golf and much more, you will not find better than this superb Brecon holiday cottage.

The town of Brecon, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park has Georgian and Jacobean architecture, a cathedral, museums, a theatre, a cinema, shops, restaurants and pubs. The stunning Brecon Beacons National Park is a haven for walkers and cyclists, with breathtaking countryside, waterfalls and caves. Also with the National Park are market towns, castles, and monuments, plus relaxing activities, such as pony trekking, and a ride on the Brecon steam railway. Within driving distance is the town of Hay-on-Wye with its many book and antique shops, plus the towns of Abergavenny and Builth Wells are well worth exploring. Brecon is an ideal base from which to explore the area.
