A collection of eco-friendly houses constructed using the latest state of the art techniques and are clad in the original old stone from the 400 year old Fish Cellars.
These waterfront houses are just a stone's throw away from the beach and have been finished to a very high standard benefiting from a balcony with fabulous views out to sea, under floor heating throughout and allocated parking. Situated in Portwinkle, the popular seaside resort of Looe is within a 20 minute drive.
Portwrinkle is a small village on the south east coast of Cornwall with a fine view along Whitsand Bay and a history which stretches back to medieval times. Portwrinkle has two sand and shingle beaches one of which is Finnygook Beach and is popular with experienced surfers plus there are plenty of rock pools for the kids to explore.
The South West Coast Path is just 50 metres away and is perfect for enjoying leisurely walk taking in the spectacular views of the coastline. The dramatic views can be enjoyed from the nearby golf course which offers a combination challenging and straight forward holes to suit all levels of ability.
Nearby is the award winning Bay Restaurant, a superb eatery that uses only locally sourced produce. For a traditional pub lunch, the newly refurbished Finnygook Inn is worth a visit and is within a 10 minute walk, as is the Crafthole Community shop which offers newspapers, milk, lovely homemade cakes and essentials. For an extra special treat on arrival they can deliver a welcome basket to the Fish Cellars (please arrange in advance by calling the shop on 01503 230361).
Guests are advised that this property spread over three floors and may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm
Please note that dogs must only be taken into the houses via the underground car park. Dogs are not allowed to be walked through the main communal courtyard, or lawn whether on a lead or not.

Our 4th trip to Fishcellars and we cannot wait to go back for a 5th time. Lovely property in a perfect location. Food at the local golf course and at the Finnygook was excellent and would highly recommend a trip to the Cornish Orchards cider farm near by.

Had an absolutely amazing time in portwrinkle! The house was amazing as well as the beach and balcony! Wifi was a bit slow and stopped working on the last night but otherwise fantastic and would love to stay again.

You know when you look in a brochure or on line and then you enter the holiday property and it's not quite as you had hoped, well this is! We were pleasantly surprised at FishCellars. We have a large 4wd with a top box and no. 4s parking is tricky; so we unloaded inside then reparked the car seconds along the road. All safe and fine and no hassle. 4 Fish Cellars was very warm as we went at the mild Christmas 2015. The property is beautifully light and airy. Beds very comfortable. Connie who looked after us was brilliantly helpful and a font of local knowledge. Dave the maintenance chap was always around for queries! Portwrinkle is isolated, no shop. The FinnyGook pub a 15/20 minute walk to the top and delicious food. The Jolly Roger shack did a good breakfast and afternoon tea. Beaches varied from grey shingle to sand. Wild and windy and rocky. I don't want to thoroughly recommend as I want to keep it for us! Port wrinkle is a great place.
