The open plan living area has a woodburning stove and large double doors opening into the garden, so you can let in the sunshine and fresh country air in the summer. Say hello to the sheep in the paddock at the end of the garden, or venture out for walks in the beautiful surrounding area. The historic city of Lancaster, the county town of Lancashire, sits on edge of Morecambe Bay with the River Lune flowing through its centre. Lancaster retains many excellent examples of handsome Georgian architecture, and with its captivating medieval castle, Ashton Memorial, and four museums, it’s a promising place for those in search of tales of the past.
