It boasts exceptional attractions: shared use of an indoor heated pool, a sauna, and the extra offer of yoga classes. A small enclosed garden at the front guarantees seclusion, while the one acre shared garden at the back is ideal for sunbathing and eating outside.
Right on the pretty green of this unspoilt village of King's Sutton, overlooking one of the most beautiful churches in Oxfordshire, also near to Tudor End are a small supermarket, post office, excellent local pubs for food, and a network of local walks with astounding views.

Unique house with lots of original features, unfortunately there were some issues in respect of health and safety and information that should have been made clear in the brochure/online that was not. Had we known certain things we would not have chosen this particular cottage.

Perfect little cottage for us - our two boys (8 and 5) loved it. Spotlessly clean and a very generous starter hamper - pool was an added bonus - pub over the road serves great food - owner was lovely and very welcoming.

This was a beautiful house with some fine furnishings, and high quality bedding/linen. There are however one or two things which we did find could be better. Kitchen is more a kitchenette, no dishwasher, two people cannot cook at the same time, no workspace, food storage space and no freezer. Did not like not being able to control when or what temperature heating was on/off as owners in control. Much as pool a lovely idea we did feel this needed attention in relation to cleanliness.
