With a variety of animals, including chickens, pigs, sheep and a cat, and its own private entrance and garden area, this charming cottage is the perfect romantic place to relax and unwind together. This cosy cottage has an open plan living area with a compact kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area, ideal for breakfast to start the day and a romantic evening meal too. A good night’s sleep in the double bedroom with en-suite will revive you after great days out. Outside this delightful cottage is a lawned garden with a patio, where you can relax with a refreshing drink or dine alfresco, whilst enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside. With its elevated rural position, Tavernspite benefits from panoramic views across the county and there is a local shop and a pub nearby for your convenience. Whether visiting this picturesque area in warm or cooler months, there is plenty to see and do close by. The wondrous coastline with sandy beaches, hidden coves, boat trips to bird islands or the monastic Caldey Island, and the famous coast path all beckon. Alternatively, there are plenty of castles and countryside walks and bike rides to be enjoyed. From such an idyllic cottage, your days out can be as busy or as relaxing as you wish, and then your return to the cottage beckons you to enjoy peaceful times together planning the next day’s activities.

Amroth is a coastal village in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is the southern start of the award-winning Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The village has a selection of pubs serving good food, cafes and shops close to the beach which offers safe swimming. The beautiful sandy beach stretches the whole length of the village and at extreme low tide you can still see the petrified forest, destroyed when sea levels rose 7000 years ago.

    Situated in very peaceful surroundings.

Lots of places to visit, Caldey island still as beautiful as ever, and the salmon leap at Cenarth, but Wales infrastructure seems to be getting worse and worse.
