A large and beautifully presented holiday home in the seaside town of Aldeburgh, guests will be blown away by this fantastic family house. There is a wealth of accommodation for up to eight guests and every need has been provided for. The beach is just a five minute walk away and all the High Street shops are within close proximity. Size: Sleeps up to 8, 4 bedrooms.

Outdoors: Beautiful large enclosed garden with lawn and large paved patio area offering guests total privacy. The garden faces south and west therefore captures the sun during the late morning, afternoon and evening.

Parking: Private for two cars (possibly three). Regret no car charging allowed at the property but car charging points are available at the local Co-Op Store which is approximately 2 minutes drive away.

    Excellent for large family holidays. Easy walking to beach, restaurants and shops.

    The house was great. Really well located for beach, town and walking to local supermarkets and Thorpeness. Unfortunately the information on website and in emails is a little outdated. It mentioned there was a garage that could be used to store bikes in and the like. Unfortunately and understandably, once arrived, it made reference in the house file that the garage is now locked out of use due to repeat previous renters not locking the door correctly. We worked around it, by storing the bikes in our cars, but it would be tricky potentially for future renters with adult size bikes without knowing before arrival. Also we were unable to find the highchair or bbq, which I assume are locked in there too. However we worked around these issues.

    Beautiful house with a very well equipped kitchen. Very good location for walking to the town, the beach and to Thorpeness. Lovely welcome pack when we arrived and an Adnams welcome pack too which was a wonderful surprise. The fire was a bonus which we sat around most evenings. Would highly recommend.
