one of the best equipped lets we have stayed in. David and Linda such lovely couple, made to feel very welcome on arrival with makings of a brew and chocolate cake - sorry it isn't available for next year as we would have rebooked straight away. Definitely the best we have stayed in for some time. thank you.

Beautiful homemade cake and lots of towels for 4 people, baby and dog! Great area for Beamish, Hexham, Hadrian’s wall & Corbridge.

There were nice views from the lane and the footpath near the property. They even made me a cake and left me a pint of milk.
