Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage is consistently described as clean and tidy, with several guests highlighting the cleanliness upon arrival. A few instances of chipped crockery were mentioned, but these do not significantly detract from the overall perception of cleanliness.

The location is frequently praised for being peaceful and well-situated for exploring Cumbria and nearby attractions. Its proximity to walks and amenities in Brampton is also appreciated, although no specific negative comments about the location are provided.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with special mentions of comfy sofas and beds. The presence of a log fire adds to the cosy atmosphere. However, a few guests experienced issues with water temperature fluctuations.

The facilities, including the kitchen and garden, are generally well-received. However, some guests report maintenance issues such as uneven patio flags and a communal hot tub needing attention. These concerns suggest room for improvement in this category.

While many reviews express gratitude for the warm welcome and helpfulness of the owners, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness in the context of this category. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

Not our first visit to these cottages. Swift cottage did not disappoint, was clean and comfortable and well equipped for a stay away. Great base to explore the surrounding area. If you want to chill and relax you can sit in the big garden which our dog loved. We will definitely be back.
