Holly Cottage is just wonderful! The kitchen is very well equipped. More equipped than my kitchen at home! The beds are super comfy and my children slept like logs! We especially loved the little picnic table! We will definitely be back!

Holly Tree Cottage is a very cosy, well equiped cottage away from the hustle and bustle of Ambleside or Windermere. It is great you can park off road for your stay. Its location is perfect for walkers, with footpaths starting behind the property and many great hiking routes.

A “home from home”! Everything you could possibly need … stunning views, comfortable accommodation. Shop and pub nearby and the most glorious walks from the front door. Couldn’t ask for more from a holiday property.
