The location is highly praised for its tranquillity and scenic views, nestled in the Devon countryside. Guests appreciate the proximity to local attractions and the peacefulness afforded by the cottage's rural setting, despite some finding it a bit tricky to locate initially.

Comfort is a strong point for the cottage, with guests frequently mentioning the cosy atmosphere, comfortable beds, and the warmth provided by the log burner. Even though the weather wasn’t great the cottage is so welcoming and cozy. It’s full of character and had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and every night was great nights sleep. The dog loved walks around the farm, my daughter loves the chickens. It was nice to sit and watch the birds, and then the stars. New TV is a great addition, and there is a good WiFi signal. Only downside is the water pressure for the shower, but fully accept the age of the buildings etc, and for me adds to the overall feel. Mr and Mrs Hunt are lovely, and always nice to chat with. The scones on arrival were amazing. Such and interesting place and full of charm. Looking forward to heading back in April for another relaxing week of peace and quiet.
