Standing amidst rolling farmland in the scenic Hope Valley, the scattered village of Westhope is situated at the southern foot of the famous Wenlock Edge. The area is packed with lovely walks, rambling routes and cycle trails down local paths and bridleways. Many of Shropshire's main attractions are within easy driving distance such as Church Stretton - known as 'Little Switzerland' to the locals - which offers a selection of antique shops and tea rooms and is surrounded by the beautiful Long Mynd Hills. The Acton Scott Historic Working Farm and the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre are also worth visiting, as is the Ironbridge World Heritage Site and the medieval towns of Shrewsbury and Ludlow - the latter of which boasts four Michelin starred restaurants. With so much to do in the local area, everyone is sure to find something they enjoy.

Lovely warm property for this February stay (2024). The hot tub was very clean and we used it each day. Plenty of hot water and good showers. My recommendation for the property would be to increase the freezer size in the kitchen which limited our storage a little bit, but not too bad.

Welcome pack a lovely gesture, very clean, hot tub was the best I've been in. Only negative was the directions, all in our party got lost and we also found out the people in the other cottages also found it hard to find.

Lots of space for 6 and enough wardrobes etc. We only stayed for 2 nights but a week would be great. Lots of utensils and pans etc in kitchen. Bathroom and kitchen tiles need a bit of TLC but all areas were clean. We didnât use the games room but the hot tub was really nice and the temperature was perfect. There are quite a few holiday lets on the farm so quite a few other people around the car park areas but once inside the house you donât notice. It was very warm and snug. Nice welcome with cake and wine. We would come again with friends or family . Such a lot to do in the area. Very good contact from owner/ management team with useful information and quick responses.
