Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property.

Accessibility: Property set over 2 floors.

Kitchen and utilities: Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washer/dryer and Nutribullet.

Facilities for families: High chair available on request, please let us know at the time of booking.

Outside: Lawned garden, patio, barbecue, garden furniture.

Pets: 3 pets allowed - £25 per pet per week, £35 from 2024. - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment. 

Parking: Parking for 4/5 cars provided on the driveway.. An Electric Charging Point has been installed. It will require registration and payment by the Pod Point App which is very easily done.

Important notes: No smoking. The Garden Room is only to be occupied by two adults or a couple with maximum 2 children (can not be used by children alone).
