The property is over two floors offering comfortable family living for nine guests. The garden is a real feature… extending to a quarter of an acre, with plenty of room for children and dogs to let off steam.
Aldeburgh is the quintessential seaside town with pastel beach huts and stylish villas along the prom. Stylish independent shops, galleries, excellent cafes, delis, pubs and the best fish and chips make this delightful town on the Suffolk Heritage Coast extremely popular! It’s a great walking and cycling destination too so don’t forget your boots and bicycles. Look out for the iconic Scallop Shell - creation of Maggi Hambling.

Sperling Cottage was in a great position but was tired in terms of decor and the showers were not good as sometimes there did not appear to be sufficient hot water OR it took forever for the hot water to come through. The location was great and it had a lovely big garden for our dog.

Absolutely great. The house suited all the party and was exactly as described. The location was perfect. Booking was straightforward and we were given clear instructions of how to find and access the property. Sperling Cottage was in a fantastic location for both the beach and the town. The house was spacious and very well equipped. There was even a good quality barbecue which we used. The children loved the huge garden too. There is plenty of parking in the front drive. We will definitely be returning.
