We had a great family holiday in this spacious interesting house and garden. There were three couples and 4 children (one in a travel cot) It is a great location in a quiet village only 3 miles from the beach at Southwold which the children loved. The house was cosy and well equipped

Lovely property. Spacious and a nice outside area for BBQ's. In winter there is a log burner which would be very cosy. Lovely location. Ideal for exploring the Suffolk coastline.

Swan House was a great place to stay for a week with the family. There were some lovely walks nearby as well as a short drive into Southwold which was delightful. The property was lovely and spacious - bigger than we'd imagined. The room with the bunk beds had 4 beds and was plenty big enough for our 3 teenagers. Thank you!
