Villa Aljosa is a recently-built, luxuriously-appointed holiday home that overlooks one of the beautiful bays in the charming town of Rogoznica. Enjoying a privileged position with a leafy area close by, the scenery around the villa is just spectacular.

Soak up the sea views from the numerous terraces at Villa Aljosa as you enjoy a drink or a meal and get a feel for the lively local atmosphere. You’ll feel a relaxing sense of calm throughout the villa, with its rooms that are flooded with light and a cool, contemporary style.

The lower floor of the villa is home to the beautiful living space. It’s an open-plan area with direct access to the main terrace, via patio doors that help bring the outside in. There are two lounge areas to suit all moods, and both feature incredibly comfortable sofas.

One is unusually large to accommodate all the family for movie night in front of the wall-mounted flat screen television. It’s also ideally positioned to take in the views out the patio doors.

The other sofa is for more laidback evenings and using the fireplace on cooler nights for an even cosier feel. Also in this space is a small table and chairs.

Upstairs is where you’ll find the main dining table, which can seat up to 10 people for meals with stunning views through more patio doors. These doors open straight onto a small terrace with a small table with chairs for relaxed pre-dinner drinks. Here also is the fitted and well-appointed kitchen, offering a range of convenient amenities, including dishwasher, blender and coffee machine.

There are five chic bedrooms, each with either a king-size or double bed. All have lovely views of either the surrounding trees or the sea and Rogoznica town.

The balcony terrace on this floor is spacious and features loungers on which to sit back and appreciate the picturesque scenery. Four luxurious bathrooms and a fantastic sauna with shower complete the indoor accommodation.

The main terrace’s focal point is the large, private swimming pool. Close by are loungers and an outdoor shower for unwinding and cooling off. Cook up a storm on the barbecue and enjoy al fresco meals at the dining table on the partially-covered area of the terrace.
