The lounge, kitchen and dining space can all be found in the bright and airy open-plan area. The low-level sofa is impossibly comfortable and invites you to sink back and relax as you watch a film on the flat screen television.

Or you could enjoy a drink as you watch the flames flickering away in the modern fireplace on cooler evenings. The kitchen is beautifully and conveniently appointed and features a dining table that’s ideal for grabbing a quick glass of juice in the mornings.

You might prefer to enjoy leisurely lunches and dinners on the terrace at the outdoor dining table that seats up to 10 people. It’s directly accessed from the kitchen via patio doors. You can also access the outside space via the lounge area.

There are four spacious bedrooms, each with either a king size bed or double bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the fantastic terrace with outdoor furniture. The sea views from here are just breathtaking and particularly magical as sunset approaches, as you watch the sky changing colours above the water.

Completing the interior accommodation is an extensive fitness and leisure room. Here you’ll find a range of exercise equipment, music system, a comfortable sofa and a selection of children’s toys and books.

Steps from the dining terrace take you down into the lovely garden. The heated, private swimming pool is a great size and is surrounded by a decked terrace with sun loungers and an immaculate lawn.

Dotted around the lawn are various trees, plants and flowers, creating a peaceful atmosphere. There’s even a slide for the children to play on. A historical must-visit is the 15th-century Church of St. George. After shopping and sightseeing, head to the sandy beach to soak up Primošten’s laidback atmosphere before enjoying a seafood lunch.

Šibenik is a city that’s just bursting with history and culture, and it’s only 35 minutes from the villa by car. Its old town area features buildings dating back to medieval times and plenty of steep streets and alleyways to explore.

The most impressive sites include St James’ Cathedral and St Michael’s Fortress. Also visit Šibenik City Museum to learn more about the city’s past, with the help of exhibits from the prehistoric age right up to modern times.
