This stunning apartment was renovated in 2019 and offers a welcoming feel with a touch of class and excellent interior design throughout. Situated on the second floor of large town house development consisting of three spacious apartments, S134420 benefits from an elevated position meaning you get fantastic views to one of the most iconic fells in the region, Skiddaw. Located in the heart of Keswick, you are only 200 yards from the start of this exciting town and with an abundance of bars, shops, restaurants and great walks in the area. You can leave your car behind and explore this tourist hotspot on foot.

Guests can enjoy two well-appointed bedrooms with quality beds, solid furnishings and plenty of storage in each, sleeping up to four guests. The apartment features a modern bathroom and full-equipped kitchen with attractive furnishings. The open plan living room with large windows and is flooded with plenty of natural light, also boasting a 49" Smart TV with complementary Netflix as well as a touch screen Amazon Echo for all your entertainment needs. Guest comfort is high on the list of priorities and the quality of furnishings, deep carpets and attention to detail is evident as soon as you walk in.

Keswick is vibrant with a great outdoor market and plenty of places to eat and drink. It’s bustling centre has an abundance of quality restaurants, pubs serving local cask ales, independent shops and the obligatory outdoor and fashion brands, as well as plenty of deli’s, bakeries, coffee shops and local craft stalls. Famous for its narrow streets and courtyards, this traditional market town is one not to be missed. If you like culture then check out the Theatre By The Lake, ½ mile, with award winning arts and drama, visit the banks of Derwentwater, ¾ mile, where you can hire a rowing boat or even take a dip. For family fun why not try Puzzling Place, ½ mile, a mind boggling attraction based on optical illusions, or the Derwent Pencil Museum, home to the largest pencil in the world, ½ miles. For a really wild day out, try The Lake District Wildlife Park at Bassenthwaite, 8¾ miles, or The Lakes Distillery offering daily tasting and tours, 9 miles. If you fancy a round of golf, Keswick Golf Club is just 4¾ miles.

"This is our fifth time staying in this apartment. When we arrived the heating and hit water were not working, but was quickly resolved by the cc maintenance team and did not have any more problems for the rest of the week.We love the view from the apartment and its close location to all that Keswick has to offer.We were pleased to have nobody in the flat below as the noise insulation between the flats is quite poor, as we have found in other stays."

"Sadly, this is the first time, in over 5 years, that I have not been able to submit a wholly positive review.On arrival, I found the cleaning standards to be extremely poor:• There were tea/coffee stains on the woodwork (especially in the kitchen)• There was litter left in one of the bins• The toilet bowel had “debris” left on the sides• The fridge had not been cleaned properly• Some of the surfaces were “sticky” to the touch• The window panes were dirty and needed a good internal/external clean.There appeared to have been absolutely no attention to detail in the cleaning of the property generally.Whilst the cleaning standards can be addressed quite easily, the next issue, I fear, cannot:The soundproofing between the apartments appeared to be non-existent, throughout the first few nights I was constantly woken by the crying child/baby in the apartment below, eventually I invested in some ear-plugs (not something you expect to have to do on a holiday). It was possible to hear normal conversations, and I almost cheered when I heard the occupant telling his family that they were “going home today”.As the apartments all appear to have the same landlord, maybe they should consider a policy on the minimum ages of children, as the disturbed nights really did ruin the first half of my holiday.The WiFi bandwith struggles with streaming films, but is suitable for checking emails and general surfing of the web.On a positive note the apartment benefits from:• Good quality and comfortable furnishings throughout• An excellent shower over the bath (great after long hikes)• Modern quality appliances• Extremely efficient, and easy to operate, central heating throughout• Good parking• A fantastic TV and sound system• The provision of a selection of useful maps and games• A GREAT LOCATION.Regretfully though, due to the reasons stated in the first part of my review, I am unable to recommend Apartment 3 to potential customers."

"The continuing trend of excessive price increases for Convention weeks is 'customer hostile' and more than just about 'being commercial'.It was noted that the reduction some 10 days later and after the Convention, but still well within the August holiday period was 30%]. This is becoming all too much of a trend in the Convention weeks. Hence you will discourage customVery modern amenity but kitchen was too small for 4 people. There were minor plumbing issues which were reported"

"Lovely apartment just a shame it appeared not to have been cleaned apart from the beds changed, the kitchen and bathroom were dirty and the insides of the windows were covered in children's handprints it was a shame as the apartment has always been so good in the past. Hopefully it will be back to the usual standards next year."

"Great location and nice apartment although problems with the shower going hot and cold unexpectedly. It was a nice size. Most of the apartment was very clean although the kitchen table needed cleaning under the glass and the lounge table could have been better. The table and some of the chairs were also a bit unstable. Just 5 mins walk to the centre of Keswick was great."
