Immaculate and spacious property providing very comfortable accommodation to make your break perfect in every way. There are Smart t.v's in all bedrooms, a hot tub and plenty of parking for everyone. Close to Cranbrook, Hastings and Rye with lots of walking and cycling in this pretty hamlet and you can bring your dog too.
Little Barn is a spacious conversion, decorated in a light modern style with wood flooring throughout the ground floor and fitted to the highest standards. It offers very comfortable accommodation for groups of friends or families looking for a luxury property in the Kent countryside. There are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with en-suite facilities on the first floor, all bedrooms have a wall-mounted Smart t.v. There is an enclosed garden with a hot tub, garden furniture and plenty of parking. There are stations at Staplehurst and Headcorn, a golf course and lots of historic houses and gardens to visit close by. Rye and Camber are within an easy drive with Canterbury and the North Kent coast a little further away. Close to the pretty Wealden towns of Cranbrook and Tenterden and the local vineyards offering wine tastings and tours.

Beautiful location - plus a hot tub! We didn't go far, just enjoyed some walks in the area. We enjoyed spending time and relaxing in the hot tub. Myles and Claire were really helpful and made us very welcome. It was our wedding anniversary and the little gifts they left us was a lovely touch. We will certainly be back.

Huge open plan Kitchen Diner. Each couple had their own space to relax and of course the hot tub! We went to Hastings and enjoyed the Beach and Ice cream shop.
