An attractive barn conversion, with stone and timber-clad walls, on the owners' working sheep farm in the Dyfi valley. The 'upside-down' accommodation ensures lovely views over the river meadow to the hills beyond from the first floor living room window. Some attractive features, including slate floor in the hallway, and home-grown oak staircase and floorboards. The cottage is attached to the owners' farmhouse, situated on Glyndwr's Way, and with other good walks from the door.

Fantastic location. Cottage was perfect. Warm and comfortable throughout. Owners are very helpful without being intrusive and a pleasure to meet, they made it a really relaxing holiday. We cannot fault any aspect of our stay. Dogs loved it. Will revisit again.
