Spacious and spotlessly clean accommodation. Lovely welcome hamper on arrival. Sauna and spa baths were an excellent feature. Our last stay was in a Pen-Y-Fan which was equally as good. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

The apartment was clean, spacious, well presented and fully equipped. Could not fault it!

The room (Tawe 9) we stayed in was nice and cozy but the furnishings looked a bit dated and could do with a refresh. But the entire accommodation was clean and tidy. The wifi speed was great and the on-site pool and tennis court were a good recreational activity for kids. Our last-minute late checkout request was also accommodated without a fuss. On-site manager Alun was very accomodating and responsive to any queries. An onsite convenience store and extended restaurant would be a nice addition to the existing cafe which was a bit basic. Overall we had a lovely stay and all the staff we dealt with were very kind, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this resort to our family and friends.
