The property boasts three delightful bedrooms, one en-suite, a traditional dining room, modern kitchen with Belfast sink and a lovely character sitting room ideal for unwinding after an exciting day out. Outside is a courtyard and a spacious slate patio area, perfect for dining alfresco and enjoying the stunning mountain view. Only three miles away is the beautiful Talyllyn Lake which is at the foot of the Cader Idris mountain range, a paradise for climbers, walkers, mountain bikers, fishermen and birdwatchers. You're surrounded by stunning countryside, with the magnificent Precipice Walk and the famous Coed-y-Brenin forest nearby, which offers some of Europe's best mountain bike trails. Discover the Mawddach Estuary which John Ruskin said provided the "most sublime view in Europe", the huge beaches at Barmouth, Tywyn and Aberdovey all perfect for family fun and watersports, and the quaint market town of Dolgellau with its interesting shops, pubs and restaurants. Abergynolwyn is a village in the Dysynni Valley, in the Snowdonia National Park. An ideal base for enjoying this area, Abergynolwyn has a pub serving food, and is within easy reach of the mountain biking at Coed-y-Brenin, the beaches of Cardigan Bay, and the Tal-y-Llyn railway.
