About this property

A lovely terrace lodge in the quiet, tranquil setting of Llanteg, near the attractive seafront village of Amroth with its family friendly beach, rock pools, pubs, shops and cafes. The bustling town of Narberth is a short drive away. The property has an unusual layout, with the open-plan living area situated on the first floor, including a dining area to seat six. Sit comfortably on the leather sofas and put your feet up with a good film or slide open the patio doors which lead out onto the balcony for a nice fresh sea breeze. In warmer months why not sit out and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal whilst enjoying the beautiful views and wooded countryside vistas? Outside you will find a shared garden, which features a children's play area, large playing field and a tennis court, so there is plenty of entertainment available on site for the kids and the adults Just on the doorstep of this delightful cabin is the National Trust Colby Woodland Garden, a hidden wooded valley full of surprises and a secret garden, ideal for heritage hunting, and don't forget to visit the Bothy Tea Room and garden gift shop on your way out. Just a bit further along in Kilgetty is the Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, a lively adventure park with exotic and farmyard animals, games, fair rides and playgrounds. Visit secluded sandy beaches, such as the acclaimed Barafundle Bay for a quiet relaxing day, or enjoy an invigorating walk along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path with a view of glorious scenery. This curious little property is perfect for a peaceful, calm getaway for families or friends practising the art of simple living in a picturesque location.

The town of Narberth has many individual shops, including upmarket boutiques, specialist deli grocers and unique gift shops, and a wide choice of restaurants, bistros and pubs can be found in and around the town. Queen's Hall, Narberth's leading cultural and arts venue hosts a variety of concerts, plays and events, which can be enjoyed throughout the year. Pembrokeshire is home to the UK's only coastal National Park, and the whole of Pembrokeshire beckons with the harbour and seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot close by. Tree in middle of parking space !!!! Fri to sun ok. Mon to thurs terrible. Builders putting up new wall at end of terrace. Saw noise and banging from 8.30 to 4.30pm. Could not open patio doors or use balcony. Had to wash car 3 times in week due to sawdust and sticky droppings from trees. Premises should not have been let out with building site next door. I respectfully suggest u give me 40% refund for holiday spoilt.

Lovely to have a balcony as well as access to communal gardens. Be aware of no WiFi and no supplies provided, so bring all you need to start you off. Great location for driving to the coast for lovely walks. We visited Amroth, Saundersfoot, Tenby, Pembroke Castle, Caldey Island, Stackpole Quay & Barafundle Bay, Manorbier Castle. Would certainly recommend.
