"Loved our stay, the lodge was immaculate and could not fault anything it felt brand new, very spacious and well decorated. We were greeted at the gate by a very helpful staff member who showed us around our lodge, and the bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch from the management. The park is fairly new and therefore they are still erecting new lodges around , but that did not stop us from enjoying our break. We did not see any builders or hear any noise during our stay and are looking forward to seeing the finished result. The pond view makes all the difference, and worth spending the extra just for the outlook and extra privacy. Clean, comfortable and modern. The garden center backs on to the park but it did not put us off, we couldn't actually see it from our Selby Superior Lake View Lodge anyway, and once you drive in to the park, you wouldn't even know or notice, in fact you could be anywhere in the UK , it felt private, secluded and very quiet. The layout was great, a lot of thought has gone into it to ensure privacy and space, good parking facilities. If you are looking for peace and tranquility then it's definitely for you . Plenty of attractions nearby too so an excellent (luxurious) base to explore places. The hot tub is an added bonus, loved everything about it and will certainly be planning another stay in the not too distant future. Left there feeling very relaxed and will be returning very soon."

"On the plus side, it really is a very nice lodge - the best we have ever stayed in. It's done to a really nice finish and feels like a little bit of luxury. The lady that was there to meet us on arrival was very nice, and when we had some issues with the WiFi she did everything she could to help us.On the negative side, for the price we missed the little touches that make life easier, i.e. a towel for the kitchen and at the very least a j cloth so we could wipe down the counters! Also not sure whether anyone came to attend to the hot tub during the 3 days we were there, which meant the water was getting a little bit questionable by the time we left! With regards to location, we weren't expecting it to be quite so close to a main road (and according to the directions, it's 'past the garden centre right down to the end' - it isn't, it is literally directly behind the garden centre!) - not sure if the cars speeding past behind the lake really contributed to the "romantic lake view"!"

"We were 26 people who stayed in this wonderful house. Where to begin: the living room and dining area are amazing. The photos on the internet almost Don't do the living room's size and seating justice. A really great area to fit everyone as was the dining area. The kitchen was great, had everything we needed loads of fridges, plates, glasses, dishwasher etc; a really nice touch that cleaning equipment included bin liners were provided...lots of houses don't provide this. There were loads of bathrooms which meant no one was waiting to use them. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the seafront or to the lanes/shopping. The contact with the owner and the company was excellent- we were always well informed of everything. If I needed a house with that many people again I would definitely book again!"

"Fabulous house. Clean, tidy, well equipped, had absolutely everything we could possible want during our stay. We have stayed here twice now while waiting for our own house in Seaford to have building work completed. We will be back here again in January for another stay. A really lovely property, which is well maintained and looked after. Lovely quiet part of Seaford, only minutes from the town centre with shops, cafés, restaurants close by. The train station is less than 5 mins walk away. The seafront probably takes about 5-10 mins walk. Seaford is such a great place to base yourself to explore the area. Fantastic walks to Seaford Head, Cuckmere Valley and the Seven Sisters park area. Even on days when the weather is not so good the house is a warm, cosy and comfortable place to relax. "

"Our lodge looked brand new. It was immaculate. The terrace and hot tub looked out onto a very large pond and trees. The hot tub felt very private. The lady who runs it was very helpful. There was tea, sugar and milk to start you off with. Towelling robes and slippers were provided . There was also a surprise of a bottle of proseco...which was a lovely touch. When we went as this is a new site a lot of the lodges were built but not complete inside. There were builders but to be honest you wouldn’t even notice they were there. It was a very peaceful site, I think there was one other lodge occupied. It’s 2 minutes from a garden centre which has a cafe. The site is within easy driving distance of Hastings, Eastbourne and Battle. I definitely recommend it and am hoping to go again"
