What our customers are saying about our Pet Friendly Lodges In Uckfield To Rent.

"We all had a lovely stay at The Dairy Cottage; 2 adults, our 2 kids (1 year & 2 years) and our 2 dogs. Not only is the cottage beautifully decorated and kept but to have finishing touches such as tea, coffee and a bottle of wine was a real bonus. The owners are so accomodating to our dogs which just made it all the better. The pool was great for the kids. We easily travelled to London for the day, enjoyed Sheffield Park and the Bluebell Railway. The dogs loved the nearby walks and despite the weather we kept busy and enjoyed our stay very much. There is open brick work in the property which may be an issue with small children when they play but you can see that in the photos and our kids were fine. We would highly recommend this cottage. "

"Just returned from a very relaxing and luxurious few days at Stonehouse Farm Cottage. Apart from the bumpy trek down the approach lane, the cottage location was beautiful with glorious views across woodlands; far from any roads and traffic noise. The cottage was extremely comfortable and equipped above and beyond what we had expected and Zoe was very helpful and chatty. We were met with a bottle of wine and tea and coffee to start our stay in style! We loved the walks literally from the door and especially across countryside to the wonderful Huntsman pub where we had a really tasty pub lunch. We would have no hesitation in returning to Stonehouse Farm Cottage."

"This was our third stay at Stonehouse Farm Cottage; a perfect location for wildlife watching, walking or just relaxing. Everything in the property is of a high standard and the owners seem to have thought of everything to make any stay there idyllic. We would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone and will have no hesitation in returning again. Ideally placed for visits to the Ashdown Forest area, the South Downs and High Weald and the coast. Crowborough has everything you need for your holiday and there are superstores only a short distance away. Overall the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed at."

"The property is in a nice position, being near Sheffield Park and the steam trains as well as within reach of Lewes and the coast. The cottage is clean and well-kept, and we appreciated the milk, teas and the bottle of wine - very thoughtful. It was very good to be able to use the swimming pool, too. Our only quibbles were that the house wasn't too warm for spring, and it wasn't possible for us to control the heating ourselves. In addition, one of the two beds in the twin bedroom was most uncomfortable, with springs sticking out of the mattress (the double bed was fine)."

"Very good quality. Bedroom excellent size. Living space a little small but the very large sliding patio door overcame that by giving the feel of bringing the outside to the inside. The wooden car shelter was very valuable in bad weather, as was the shale forecourt which avoided the risk of mud.The over all scene was very like a picture postcard with a duck pond and sheep in the field. No internet is provided but 3-Mobile produced an acceptable service from my phone.Wood burning stove was very effective, but not really necessary because of adequate electric heaters."
