"If you are looking for peace, this is the ideal holiday home! Our background sounds were the cow bells that filled the evening like a windclock. We even woke up one morning with a deer in the garden! The two hammocks in the garden were by far our favorite spot to become completely zen.Het house is very well equipped, you have all the modern comfort you could wish for and clean equipment. The corners and edges were not always thoroughly clean, but hygiene was generally ok. It was a pity that the pool was green, but in the end we did not really miss this. We were here as a couple, if you go as a family you have to take into account that all areas are open, with the exception of the bathroom and the WC. That also means that the rooms are not separated from each other and that there is no separation between the living room and the bedrooms. Then the environment, as nature lover, is beautiful here! From the cottage you can easily reach the hunting trails where you can walk for hours without encountering anyone. In Auriac there is also a lake where you can fish for carp. If you really want to do cultural trips you have to drive an hour for the larger tourist attractions. Finally, a small remark for holidaymakers with dogs the dogs of the neighbors are indeed free to walk around and will certainly come to visit. We have approached the neighbor about this because our dog was not so good at it, and the rest of the holiday here has paid attention. In short, our batteries are fully charged after our visit here!"

"The arrival went well the key manager was present within half an hour. This house was indicated that it would be ROLL-CHANGING FRIENDLY. The holiday home is totally not suitable for wheelchair users. The toilet is so small that you can not enter it with a wheelchair. He is so small, that there is no room for placing brackets, which were not present, which is a minimum requirement. The entrance to the shower room is not accessible for a wheelchair or shower chair, the sink blocks the Entrance. There is no shower seat in the shower room. In two bathrooms there is a bath that you can not use as a wheelchair user. The washbasin has an under-column so you can not use the wheelchair in the right way. are not accessible to a wheelchair, there is too little space. You can not get to the bed with a wheelchair. Not even when you move the bed to one side. The living room is not accessible for wheelchair users, there is a turning radius of at least 1.50 meters, there is too much furniture in it, after sliding furniture we could in one place My wife has MS made use of an electric wheelchair, can not stand and certainly do not walk. I had also taken a stand-lift, but I did not use it in any way. of roads too little space. A shower chair could not be used, because there was little space. Every transfer, from bed to chair and visa versa, every visit to the toilet, I had to lift her with manpower from the chair. (75 kg) The environment was fantastic."

"Le Chai is a charming family-owned house with so much history, set in a tiny village near the Dordogne river. Everything in the house is very antique, and it truly is like stepping back in time. The view from the front-facing bedrooms was beautiful to wake up to each morning. The pool is huge and you could spend all day lolling here next to the giant chess board. The owners were so lovely and welcoming and have a great welcome book with plenty of great local tips. The location is also great to explore all the beautiful wineries nearby such as Chateau Monbazillac to try the famous sweet wine. We also loved Maison Vari a cute winery cafe for lunch in Monbazillac village and also I would highly recommend a visit to the quaint village of Issigeac they have a wonderful market on Sundays."

"This complex is located in a nice place, right on the beach. It is really holding out for a week but the price and the quality are not really in proportion. The apartment is outdated and was not really clean. The smoke regularly into drains. The beds were too narrow and too short for us. (An average of 1.85cm) We paid 1450 euros for a week in high season. and then you also rent linens, pay wifi and pay the cleaning .. Bedding we have therefore only taken and cleaning we have done themselves. When we left the apartment was thus cleaner than when we came. In short, nice place but way too expensive, with high net and many additional costs. Obviously there were not enough chairs at the (stone cold) pool, so you were forced to go very early in the sun."

"Good reception with clear info. What you see in the pictures is what you do get.Fully equipped home.Heans, detergent, laundry products, ... all aanwezig.De beds are super.Heated pool to + - 27-30 degrees in warm weather. privacy in the garden that bathes in the sun all day.Only a few few people walk past you can see you standing in the garden.Door.not the only downside we found the garden table.De was very rough (concrete) and too high to You could not sit in your bikini at the table. The bakery or supermarket (in Montbron) is a fifteen minute drive, so it is fairly remote and you definitely need a car, but we did not think that was a problem. We are completely relaxed back home."
