"From the north of Belgium the destination was quite a bit of a drive. We only stayed a few days and actually this was too short. We were 2 people and 2 dogs. It was the first time that I went on holiday with my dogs. It was beautiful. Good reception, friendly and helpful. Small house with all the amenities you need and more going from lounge chairs with cushions to a barbecue. The garden is small but if you go on holiday with your dogs, you are not going to leave them in the garden for a whole day. This is therefore big enough. My dog could stand on the stone wall that served as a fence. This changed the hostess. The beach is literally a 5-minute drive away. (Pebble beaches) The dogs are allowed to go loose. The cottage is quite remote. There is a lot of nature in the area. The views along the coast are breathtaking. Nice towns you have a half hour drive. There is much to see about the war. A car is a must! We will definitely go back!"

"The cottage was lovely mostly, very spacious living and kitchen area, although kitchen had lots of utensils but lacked in the basics such as knives etc. We were a group of six, two couples and our two daughters who were hoping to have separate bedrooms, however upon arrival we found that the advertised twin bedroom was locked up and our daughters had to share a bed which was basically a bed settee, not exactly ideal and wasn't what was we expected, which was quite disappointing. The downstairs bathroom was really quite nice however if you used the shower it completely soaked the whole room. The upstairs shower looked great but only worked on the hand held shower setting and again soaked the whole room. The pillows in the bedrooms weren't brilliant and could do with being replaced. We did have a lovely time but it wasn't exactly as it was advertised and the are things that could be updated."

"For those who like peace, beautiful surroundings in a green setting. You just hear the birds whistle. Friendly welcome despite the fact that at the moment of arrival we had a note on the door mentioned that we could already install. We missed that info so we have to wait a while for the hostess. The apartment has everything needed. Only the bed is for improvement. To us 140 is a little too narrow. In the living room you can not really sleep because of the noise of the refrigerator unless you insert earbuds. For the price you pay, I think a good bed is crucial. But the surroundings, the private terrace and the silence are the biggest assets. Deauville has the most beautiful beaches 10 km from the apartment. It would be useful to explain that the house is just across the border of St Aubin and Bois and Englesqueville."

"We had a wonderful holiday in beautiful surroundings. The house is fully equipped (more than you would expect), very spacious and nicely furnished. The cleaning left something to be desired: it was very dusty and there were cobwebs on walls and ceilings. WC 's, bathroom and kitchen wares are neatly cleaned. The house stands in a small village in the countryside, very nice and quiet. Nice place to visit, a 40 minute drive: Caen. Also the dam of Rabodanges, 10 minutes ride is worth a visit. In less than an hour drive to the coast, including some landing beaches of World War II. Messages can you do in Falaise, where several large supermarkets. Here you'll drive about fifteen minutes. Al in all, highly recommended!"

"The house is fully equipped. Lovely garden completely fenced so that our dog could also walk freely outside in the garden. Furthermore, the environment is quiet but surprisingly beautiful. The holiday home is in a small village of only a few houses. However, within 8 min (car) is the village of St. Pierre Eglise where all shops are located. Very cozy village with a large market on Wednesday. In the area to see and experience enough on a short distance (about 15 min). Beach at 5 min. Dogs are allowed to stay on the beach during the day and in the evening.Very friendly owner who received us with a bottle and by far a box of cookies for the kinderen.Well very pleased and will probably come back again,"
