"We have two weeks with our four children had lots of fun during our stay at Chalet Bleu.Ruim and clean house with lots of privacy and fully equipped, incl garage. Furthermore, peace, space and many are natuurschoon. We to Strasbourg and Kolmar been; worth. You can swim in the lake Lac sur Plaine (also pedal). This lake is also a playground and across the street is a small "amusement park" with large inflatables, go-karts, climbing wall, archery, and possibility to a funband behind a speedboat to bounce (surcharge). Here and in the big lake can be sailed with rented or brought canoe / kayak and boat (no outboard!, Or electric) and can be fished. The only thing we caught a snake, also nice. Swim only in the small lake (water is cold). There are plenty of hiking trails throughout the gebied.Supermarkten within a circle of 12 km (Raon the le stage), also a baker in the village with a minisuper.Kortom, an excellent accommodation and a beautiful environment for people who like a quiet holiday love ."

"Beautiful chalet located at the edge in a very quiet valley Superb views. Region is suitable for tranquility and nature lovers because of the relatively pristine forests. Also here and many traces of WWI present. Tracks may be picked up near the chalet. House belongs to a small village with not too many facilities. There is a pizzeria and a store-of-Sinkel where to get some food. The first best hypermarket is 18 km away in Raon l'Etape. The interior of chalet is very complete. The seating is perhaps a little less comfortable. Found any real flaws: awful clumsy French linens and French 300 different channels on the satellite. Unfortunately, no BVN or something similar. Environment is perhaps less suitable for families with children because the latter is not much to do directly."

"This property is effectively a slice taken off the owners home but it works well. I can see why an earlier reviewer thought it is a bit tight for the advertised capacity of 6 people, but as a family of 4 it was fine. The kids had the bedrooms upstairs and we had the one downstairs and all were happy. The view is beautiful and the property is clean and well equipped (it could have done with a kettle though for us English tea drinkers). The local Intermarche is only a short drive away and it's open till 7pm on Saturdays and briefly on Sunday too which is useful for a Saturday start. The owners are friendly and helpful but very much leave you to it so you hardly know they're there. The pool is great and gets very warm under its retractable cover. Overall a very enjoyable stay."

"They are really beautiful chalets with a robust and rustic look (not that glorified mobile homes), but the cluster of chalets is well secluded and we had trouble finding them. We were the only guests, and that's a shame when you have a small child with you (no playmates). It seemed that we or we have the first guests of the season were the "grass " of about 50cm high shortly before seemed to be. Hay on the ground r nThe pool where we could use was beautiful but deep / dangerous for small children. The owner / manager was sympathetic and helpful. R nThe restaurant was closed. In the village In the next village towards Gerardmer is located along the main road a restaurant where you can eat. Well and for little money (completely midday)"

"The cottage is situated in a very quiet and beautiful area, overlooking the valley with Vagney. From the cottage are a few walks to take and with a bit of driving even more. "In the morning you wake up with the sound of cows and at night it is beautiful looking at stars. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They speak no English, but with a little French and hand gestures is much to achieve. The cottage itself is simple and older, but clean. We have mostly been outside, where there is a picnic table and parasol. We found self-taken garden chairs handy. In Vagney (about 10 minutes drive from the cottage) is a supermarket, but we found the supermarket Leclerc at Remiremont (about 5 minutes further) much more pleasant."
