"This cottage is a gem of a find. Clean, comfortable and so well thought through, with everything you could possibly need. The location is in a small, quiet, unspoilt village with friendly locals and such peace and tranquillity. There is a small shop that stocks most items that you would need. The chip shop Bowens we found was not very good at all. Food was ovepriced and dry. We ate twice at The Ferry, wonderful food, friendly staff and accommodating with our dog. We visited the White Hart on a few occasions, again the food was good as was the service. We walked into Cardigan which takes about 20 minutes and ate at The Grosvenor which was also good. There is a Tesco and Aldi in Cardigan should you need anything that the local shop can't provide. Poppits beach is lovely and not at all crowded, we had coffee at the cafe which is in a lovely position. If you are looking for a relaxing break I can't recommend this cottage enough, the owners are friendly and will advise you of anything you want to know about the local area. Would I visit again? Yes in a heartbeat"

"The cottage was a gem, lovely to have breakfast on the decking area and read the newspapers a veritable sun trap. Local shop is a Premier, Fish and Chip shop, and three dog friendly Public houses all within walking distance, that was quite a bonus. Owners and locals very friendly, especially other dog owners. We all had a wonderful time, especially Nellie our labradoodle, who went sniffing everywhere. We would recommend to family and friends wanting a dreadful break/holiday"

"I had a lovely holiday in a 5* bungalow. The weather was perfect (28 most days) and walking in the sea at Poppit Sands cooled us off. Great fish and chip shop over the road the best I have ever had. Couple of meals at the Tipi in Cardigan - great pizzas and good beers and The Ferry Inn just up the road, very romantic setting eating by the Teifi - lovely food. Wonderful hosts who helped in every way nothing was too much trouble. A holiday to remember."

"On arrival we were greeted by Jane, who was very welcoming, and gave us a brief run through of local amenities and things to consider doing during our stay. The accommodation was very clean, very comfortable and the little touches made all of the difference.... I would certainly consider staying again. Not cheap, but not expensive and well worth the money, excellent value! A great little cottage, ideal for getting away!"
